Our Consulting Process

We flip the "Standard Implementation Cycle" on its head, positioning ourselves as your in-house software development team. But without the expensive overhead or extensive delays.

Phase 1: Statement of Work

Your journey begins with a simple conversation. We listen to the problems your business is facing. We also learn about your industry, the competition, what you hope to achieve with technology consulting.

During this discussion, we may gather enough information to move into the development phase. If not, we’ll conduct our discovery to dive into your difficulties and map out potential solutions.

Phase 2: The Discovery

The goal of this phase is to produce a statement of work (SoW). In your SoW, we’ll clearly map out the exact deliverables and the timeframe needed to complete these tasks.

Once we come to an agreement on the best path to take for optimizing your business systems, we assign a minimum of two technology consultants to your account. We'll also walk you through our meeting cadences, messaging, expectations, and any other details you'll need to follow your project to completion.

Phase 3: Development and Fluid Engagement

With the foundation for success placed, we move into the development phase. That’s when our team goes to work building out your project. You can expect weekly meetings that update you on your project's progress and clear communication at every stage.

We clearly defined our deliverables at the start. And we useTrailheadto create a roadmap for success and to track those deliverables. This ensures you're never in the dark about the progress of your project. Plus, we respond to any inquiries rapidly (in less than 24 hours).

Phase 4: Deploy and Review

Toward the end of your project, we'll reach out to talk about your experience with the project. We’ll also discuss any new improvements you may need and share suggestions designed to support your future business growth.

After we talk, we’ll deploy and test the project. Once everything performs as laid out in the SoW, we’ll either start the next project or move into a TMO arrangement.

Finally, we ask all our clients to submit anonymous reviews. This allows for an unbiased evaluation of their experience. And we use that feedback to improve as technology consultants.
