MANAGES ENTIRE PROGRAM’S PROCUREMENT AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN QUICK BASE

This company used Quick Base to fulfill Facilities Maintenance and Construction services at client sites, managing the entire process from Supplier onboarding and document collection, Purchase Order issuance all the way to invoicing and payment. The system manages over 5k POs and 40k Invoices worth over $200 M every year. Before hiring Quandary Consulting Group (QCG), the program’s average Invoice turnaround was >60 days on average from receipt to payment, and 20-30% of invoices were paid late which cost them approximately $200K a year. After hiring QCG, the average Invoice turnaround has been decreased to 20 days, the percent of invoices paid late has been decreased to <1%, saving over 95% of potential lost revenue within the first year. QCG has managed to make these improvements even as they have cut staff. QCG was able to understand their business, so they could improve their workflows, reporting, and app structure in Quick Base.

EXPANDED USE CASES WITHIN QUICK BASE

In addition to procurement operations, Quandary helped them expand their Quick Base usage beyond their primary application. Quandary built and supported Quick Base applications for contract management, time tracking and billing, email-based workflows, and much more. For Contract Management, this application specifically provided visibility and process to capitalize on upwards of $75K in potential revenue given the increased visibility. These additional applications and workflows helped save significant time and resources as well as reducing human error across these operations.
