​The Services team is seeking a technical Project Manager (PM) with experience in a coaching/mentoring capacity. The PM candidate will work alongside solution consultants, technical account managers, and customer success managers on client engagements to ensure that budgets, timelines, and scope are managed closely. The PM will ensure that client needs, in alignment with QCG goals, are being given appropriate attention. The candidate will also act as a coach/mentor to those within QCG who have less experience in project management and will also assist senior management in establishing project management best practices.

  • Advocate for client projects in terms of adjustments of staffing level and team structure  

  • Act as agile coach and scrum master, as subject matter expert, as needed  

  • Advise Sales team on recommended structure of new projects and creation of Statements of Work  

  • Utilize ClickUp, internal project management tools, or client tools where appropriate 

  • Contribute to Project Management body of knowledge at QCG

  • Hands-on duties include but not limited to:

    • Plan the work
    • Negotiate scope and priorities
    • Monitor and report progress
    • Obtain acceptance of deliverables
    • Deliver regular status reports to client and QCG stakeholders
    • Manage risk
    • Manage change


  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making

  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Experience working with small, fast-moving teams
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects with competing priorities
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing team members in area of project management
  • Experience working in high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
