POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and creative individual who has a passion for marketing to join our team. As our Marketing Manager, you will help develop marketing campaigns, design sales materials and create digital, print and social media content for distribution across our marketing channels. You will also be responsible for developing and distributing engaging content with the goal of driving brand awareness and client engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write/develop content including emails, blogs, articles, product tear sheets
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns; Coordinate outbound and inbound marketing activities
  • Coordinate with design team to develop market-ready content including blogs, articles, product information and presentations,
  • Collaborate with sales team and executives to coordinate brand awareness and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain forward-looking Content Calendar
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Track and report campaign metrics
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory
  • Plan and coordinate client events and trade shows

SKILLS:

  • B2B Marketing
  • Developing and Executing Marketing Campaigns (PPC, email, etc)
  • Experience with Active Campaigns marketing automation tool
  • Experience in the low-code, no-code space
  • Familiarity with graphic design
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize

  • Self-motivated and strong initiative

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM, automated marketing tools and databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Active Campaigns marketing software and traffic applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

SALARY RANGE:

$50,000 - $60,000
